Equestrian Centre at Allmanor Park

I think the Proposed Equestrian Centre at Allmanor Park is a wonderful idea.

Traffic would mostly come straight off the M25 and there would be some added traffic to local roads but not on a permanent basis like increased house building would cause.

It could vitalise Chipstead in a pleasant way and be much more in keeping with the rural image that Chipstead residents are always trying to extol.

The countryside is about having views of country activities not just views of under-utilised green fields.
