After 27 happy years running their soft furnishing business in Station Parade, Carol and Brian Goode have made the decision to work from a home base and offer a mobile service for design advice and fabrics. Services available remain the same except they will come to your home to offer advice and a measuring service.

Surrey’s council headquarters will be back within the county boundaries next year for the first time in more than half a century. The county council (SCC) voted to officially designate the former Canon building at Cockshot Hill, south of Reigate town centre, as their new “civic heart” from January 2021.

In October Simon Kolesar stood down after four very energetic years as CVPS Chairman. During this period Simon has led the modernisation of the Charity, brought a new strategy to the CVPS and encouraged more volunteers to get involved in maintaining our land. The Trustees appointed John Stephenson to replace him, John knows the village well as he was a Borough Councillor for many years. Members will be asked to confirm this appointment at the Society's AGM to be held in Summer 2021.
